The bill (Reg. No. 2012a) suggests mandate administrators of state and local budget funds, as well as economic entities of state and communal ownership, funds of mandatory state insurance and bodies of pension fund post, on a quarterly basis, information about the planned and actual use of public funds on the single website for the use of public funds. The form of such information shall be established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
For the release of such information, there shall be established the Single website for the use of public funds that is the only official state informational resource in the Internet network where such information shall be released.
The Single website for the use of public funds shall be administered by the subject authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The Single website for the use of public funds shall be financed at the cost of the state budget.
